Divorces

If all other avenues have been exhausted and you have decided to obtain a divorce, Clark and Clark Attorneys may be able to help. There are many factors that must be considered in getting a divorce. If children are involved, there will be questions of child custody, visitation, and child support. Most marriages will have obtained marital/joint property, which will be the subject of a property division. There may also be concerns over alimony or palimony.

When both parties agree to get a divorce, Mississippi offers an irreconcilable differences (ID) divorce. Otherwise, a divorce may be sought on one or more of the basis for a contested divorce. Clark and Clark will assist clients in obtaining an ID divorce.
